- Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
- Initiation of Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dress-up.co.za with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.
- Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
